Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and recruitment channels.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.

Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining formalities.

Build and maintain candidate and client databases.

Handle placement activities and ensure smooth onboarding.

Communicate with clients to understand hiring requirements.

Maintain recruitment reports, hiring records, and candidate documentation.

Assist in achieving monthly recruitment and placement targets.

Develop long-term relationships with candidates and corporate clients.
