Key Responsibility :
Manage PF & ESIC compliance, monthly filings, returns, challans, and audits.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, including the Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, and Minimum Wages Act.
Handle labour grievances, inspections, and statutory notices.
Process payroll, salary disbursement, deductions, and full & final settlements.
Manage HR operations including onboarding, exits, attendance, and employee records.
Skills Required
2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist
HR Compliance roles
Hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC
Experience in logistics
warehouse HR is preferred
Good communication
problem-solving
organizational skills
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
