Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end US recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.

Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, documentation, and induction.

Maintain HR documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, and separation documents.

Support employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.

Participate in employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and HR policy initiatives.

Coordinate HR administration and support payroll-related activities.
