Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.

Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and HRMS updates.

Support payroll inputs and prepare HR reports/recruitment trackers.

Organize employee engagement activities and resolve employee queries.
