Key Responsibilities :

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, WorkIndia, referrals, and offline channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and prepare job descriptions.

Negotiate offers and maintain candidate engagement to reduce dropouts.

Update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Support documentation, background verification, and Day 1 onboarding.
