Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.

Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers for timely position closures.

Manage onboarding documentation and employee records.

Maintain employee data and HR operations using Keka HRMS.

Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR activities.

Prepare recruitment reports and maintain HR documentation.
