Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Internship Letters and other HR documents.

Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain attendance, leave records and employee documentation.

Maintain employee database and HR MIS.

Support employee engagement activities.

Assist with day-to-day HR operations.
