Key Responsibilities

Drive Organization Development (OD) initiatives.

Manage the Performance Management System (PMS).

Design KRAs, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks.

Lead employee engagement and employee care programs.

Support change management and organizational transformation.

Manage talent management and succession planning initiatives.

Conduct competency mapping and leadership development.

Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and workforce reports.

Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) programs.

Develop HR policies and promote HR excellence across the organization.
