Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including:

Employee onboarding

Documentation

Induction

Employee records

Exit formalities

Coordinate monthly:

Attendance management

Leave records

Employee reimbursements

Incentives

Statutory compliance activities

Maintain HRMS, employee databases, HR documentation, and reports.

Support recruitment operations including:

Resume screening

Interview scheduling

Candidate coordination

Joining formalities

Handle employee queries and act as the first point of contact for HR-related concerns.
