What You’ll Do

This is a generalist HR role, which is more balanced than the recruiter job:

Recruitment + onboarding

Payroll & attendance management

Employee relations (handling queries, issues)

Training & engagement activities

Performance management support

HR documentation & compliance (labour laws, audits)

This is core HR operations, closer to what most people mean by “HR career.”
