Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Prepare and update job descriptions and recruitment documentation.

Conduct background and reference verification.

Coordinate with hiring managers to close vacancies within timelines.

Handle payroll activities, ESI, PF, and labour law compliance.

Coordinate with labour department authorities when required.

Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
