Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications.

Coordinate background verification and reference checks.

Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.

Build and maintain candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

Assist with payroll processing, PF, ESI, and HR documentation.

Support labour law compliance and employee-related matters.
