Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Coordinate with Sales, Batch and Placement teams on recruitment requirements

Handle candidate communication and placement-related activities

Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers and HR documentation

Follow up on selection, offers and joining dates

Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities

Assist with employee engagement and internal communication

Support day-to-day HR operations and assigned tasks
