Job Overview:
DMart is looking for experienced HR professionals to manage HR operations, payroll support, statutory compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and administration activities across its retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attendance & Leave Management
Generate monthly attendance reports from biometric systems.
Verify attendance with manual records.
Manage leave records, weekly offs, LOP, PL, and compensatory offs.
Update attendance details in ESS/MSS systems.
Maintain attendance records for on-roll and contract employees.
2. Payroll & Vendor Management
Share attendance data with vendors and Head Office for payroll processing.
Verify vendor invoices, salaries, deductions, CTC, and vendor margins.
Ensure salary slips are distributed after payroll processing.
3. Joining & Employee Documentation
Complete joining formalities and statutory documentation.
Collect employee documents such as ID proof, address proof, educational certificates, medical certificates, and photographs.
Ensure employees receive offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards.
Configure biometric attendance for all employees.
4. Employee Records & Grievance Handling
Maintain employee records in both hard copy and digital format.
Handle employee grievances and coordinate resolutions with management.
Manage employee transfer processes and related documentation.
5. Statutory Compliance
Coordinate PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and statutory returns.
Maintain labour law registers, notices, and statutory displays.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and retail regulations.
6. Recruitment & Manpower Management
Coordinate recruitment for on-roll and third-party employees.
Support manpower planning and staffing requirements.
7. Housekeeping & FSSAI Compliance
Supervise housekeeping activities.
Ensure workplace cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Verify employee grooming standards and medical fitness certificates.
Conduct induction sessions for new employees.
