Qualification

• MBA / MSW / MA (HR)

• 1+ years of experience in HR

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operations

• Manage sourcing, screening, and candidate selection

• Support payroll processing and offer negotiations

• Manage employee exit processes

• Ensure statutory compliance and HR documentation

• Coordinate employee engagement activities

• Support Greenfield project HR activities
