Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring requirements
Employee Onboarding & Orientation
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs
• Guide new employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits
HR Policies & Compliance
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations
Employee Relations
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
• Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment
Performance Management & Training
• Assist in performance appraisals and employee evaluations
• Coordinate training and development programs
Benefits Administration
• Manage employee benefits including insurance and other schemes
• Handle enrolment and resolve benefit-related concerns
HR Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Prepare HR reports and employee data records
Audit & Legal Compliance
• Support HR audits and inspections
• Ensure statutory documentation compliance
Requirements
✔ Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience can apply
✔ Master’s degree preferred
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
