KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing → onboarding)

Hire for Accounts, GST, Audit, Taxation roles

Use portals, LinkedIn & references

Conduct HR interviews & close positions quickly

Offer negotiation & pipeline building

HR Operations:

Employee onboarding & induction

Maintain HR records, attendance & documentation

Support engagement & performance management

Draft HR policies & employee communications

Ensure labor law compliance
