Job Summary:

Advantage Foods Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced HR – Manpower Sourcing & Hiring Executive with strong background in the Hotel & Restaurant industry. The role involves end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring of hospitality staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source & hire Chefs, Cooks, Stewards, Service Staff, Kitchen Helpers, Housekeeping, Front Office, Supervisors & Managers

• Conduct walk-in & bulk hiring drives

• Screen resumes & coordinate interviews

• Manage offer rollout & onboarding

• Maintain hiring trackers & reports

Eligibility:

• Age below 35 years

• Any Graduate / Diploma (HR/Hospitality preferred)
