Role:

Recruitment, resume screening, interviews, candidate coordination, onboarding, payroll support, and basic PF & ESI compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to close open positions.

• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Prepare and maintain job descriptions and recruitment records.

• Handle candidate communication and onboarding process.

• Support payroll activities and assist with PF & ESI compliance.
