Roles & Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, tool room, QC, production, and admin roles
• Onboarding, induction, and HR documentation
• Attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Ensure factory HR compliance (ESI, PF, labor laws, contractors, safety records)
• Conduct training programs for operators, mold makers, and technicians
• Implement HR policies, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling
• Support manpower planning and performance appraisal processes
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s in HR / Business Administration or related field
• 1–4 yrs HR experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Knowledge of factory HR operations and statutory compliance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
