Job Overview

We are hiring an HR Executive to support core HR operations including payroll, statutory compliance, and salary processing. This role is suitable for freshers who are looking to start their HR career in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in salary processing and payroll activities
• Support statutory compliances (PF, ESI, labour laws basics)
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate attendance and HR reports
• Support day-to-day HR operations
• Assist management with HR-related administrative tasks

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Payroll & Salary Processing
• Understanding of Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws)
• Interest in HR operations within Manufacturing / FMCG industry
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR
