🧩 Role Overview

The HR Executive (Generalist) will support end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance support. The role focuses on delivering smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience aligned with organizational values.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters)

• Conduct onboarding and induction programs

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee files, records, and HR databases

• Issue appointment, confirmation letters, ID cards, and HR documents

• Handle attendance, leave management, and HR MIS reports

Payroll & Benefits Support

• Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing

• Verify attendance, leave, and salary inputs

• Support statutory benefits (PF, ESI, gratuity, insurance)

Employee Relations

• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries

• Support grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives

• Promote a positive workplace culture

Performance & Compliance

• Assist in performance appraisal processes

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal guidelines

• Support HR audits and inspections

Training & Policy Support

• Coordinate training programs and workshops

• Maintain training records and feedback

• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and HR initiatives

• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of confidentiality and integrity

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field

• MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR (Preferred)
