• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment and induction processes
• HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee records
• Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and retention
• Work closely with center head, clinical & non-clinical heads, and Corporate HR
• Handle stakeholder management and travel across multiple locations within Bangalore, if required

🛠 Required Skills

• Strong HR generalist exposure, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Excellent communication, people-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Open to travel within locations as per business needs
