Role Overview
Access Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities. This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals seeking hands-on exposure in HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
>HR Operations
>Manage daily HR operational activities and employee coordination
>Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
>Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
>Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements, and relieving processes
>Support HR audits and ensure documentation accuracy
>Recruitment & Onboarding
>Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
>Coordinate onboarding activities such as joining formalities and induction programs
>Conduct induction and support training & development initiatives
>Payroll & Statutory Compliance
>Assist payroll processing by coordinating attendance and salary inputs
>Support statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, and related filings
>Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
>Employee Relations
>Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally
>Act as a point of contact between employees and management for HR-related matters
Eligibility Criteria
>Gender: Female candidates preferred
>Qualification: Any graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
