Handle IT & Non-IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews

Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients or managers

Follow up till joining and ensure smooth onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles

Key Skills Required

Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience in offer generation, document verification, and onboarding

Knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment management

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
