Job Summary:

Looking for HR Executives to handle recruitment, payroll, and compliance activities including PF, ESI, and labour law coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process

• Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers to close positions

• Perform background and reference checks

• Handle payroll processing, PF & ESI activities

• Manage labour law compliance and labour department coordination

• Maintain candidate engagement and ensure joining conversions

Requirements:

• Any Graduate

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labour laws preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
