Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end HR: Recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities

• Employee Relations: Act as first point of contact for queries and mediate conflicts

• Branch Visits: Conduct weekly visits (twice a week) to multiple showrooms

• Compliance & Payroll: Coordinate EPFO/ESIC, oversee monthly wages and incentives

• Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure labour law compliance
