Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive / Admin to manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative tasks. The role includes recruitment, payroll, compliance, attendance tracking, reporting, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post job openings on portals and recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct background verification of selected candidates
• Handle salary negotiations and prepare offer letters
• Manage onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain attendance records for factory and warehouse staff
• Process monthly payroll using Zoho Payroll
• Prepare MIS reports related to payroll and HR data
• Handle PF & ESI registration, monthly filings, and employee exits
• Support employee exit formalities and final settlements
• Perform day-to-day administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned
