JOB Role: HR Executive & Generalist (Walk-in)

Key Responsibilities

Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.

Implement and communicate HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.

Manage payroll, attendance, timesheets, and leave records.

Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation and statutory compliance.

Administer employee benefits, PF, and ESIC enrollments.

Support onboarding, induction, joining formalities, orientation, and exit processes.

Maintain HR records using HRMS and ensure confidentiality.
