Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies & procedures
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Lead hiring for mid and junior-level roles
• Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination
• Collaborate with department heads to meet manpower requirements
Performance Management
• Support PMS implementation, KPI setting, and performance reviews
• Assist in improvement and development plans
Employee Relations
• Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution
• Support engagement and culture-building initiatives
Training & Development
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
• Track training effectiveness and maintain documentation
HR Data & Reporting
• Maintain HRMIS accuracy
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights through HR analytics
Compliance & Audit
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety standards, and policies
• Support audits and maintain required documentation
Strategic HR Support
• Assist in workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning
• Act as HR Manager’s delegate when required
