Job Description / Responsibilities
• Partner with Line of Business (LOB) leaders to understand business strategy and workforce needs
• Identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent across levels
• Lead succession planning and talent pipeline development
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies
• Act as a change agent, anticipating and shaping organizational changes
• Resolve business problems with HR insights and interventions
• Create and implement HR processes, policies, and compliance practices
• Mentor and guide line managers on performance management, career planning, and organizational issues
• Optimize organizational design to improve productivity and performance
• Collaborate on inclusive recruitment strategies and compensation/benefits planning
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, revenue optimization, or IKS coding is a plu
