Key Responsibilities

Manage HR business partnering and HR operations.

Drive employee engagement initiatives.

Handle employee induction and onboarding activities.

Support HR generalist functions and employee relations.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Prepare presentations and HR reports.

Use MS Excel and PowerPoint for HR activities.

Experience with Zoho People / Zoho HR is preferred.

IT or technology industry experience is an added advantage.
