Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle (Recruitment to Exit)
Handle contract labour management (Mandatory experience)
Process payroll (Experience in Keka HRMS preferred)
Ensure statutory compliance: CLRA, PF, ESI, Factories Act, TNPCB, etc.
Liaise with government authorities (Inspector of Factories, EPF, ESI, Fire Department, Panchayat)
Handle employee grievances in coordination with department heads
Maintain HR records, statutory registers & ISO documentation
Oversee attendance, leave management & salary coordination with Finance
Support performance appraisal and training initiatives
Prepare HR reports and assist in annual HR budgeting
Qualifications
M.A (LM) / M.A (HRM) / MSW (HR) / MBA (HR) or equivalent
5–10 years of HR experience in Manufacturing
Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance
Experience handling large workforce (300+ employees)
Greenfield project experience preferred
Strong team handling and interpersonal skills
