Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to close open hiring requirements

• Source candidates through relevant job portals & platforms

• Develop and update job descriptions & job specifications

• Screen resumes and applications based on skills & experience

• Conduct interviews using appropriate recruitment methods

• Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process

• Conduct reference and background checks

• Ensure selected candidates join successfully

• Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (ESI, PF)

• Handle labour department coordination and employee legal matters
