Job Summary:

Hiring HR Analysts to manage recruitment, payroll, and compliance activities while supporting business units in closing open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to fulfill hiring requirements

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates

• Conduct interviews and manage selection process

• Develop job descriptions and specifications

• Perform background/reference checks

• Ensure candidate joining and engagement

• Handle payroll processing, PF & ESI

• Manage labour law compliance and coordinate with labour department

Requirements:

• Any Graduate

• 0–2 years of HR/recruitment experience

• Knowledge of payroll, PF, ESI, and labour laws preferred

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
