Key Responsibilities

A. Time Office

• Maintain daily employee attendance records (Biometric / Manual / ERP)

• Monitor late coming, early leaving, overtime, and shift records

• Process leave applications and maintain leave database

• Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing

• Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs (LOP, OT, incentives)

• Maintain shift schedules and contract employee records

• Prepare monthly MIS reports for manpower and attendance

• Maintain statutory registers as per labour laws

B. Administration

• Manage office maintenance and facility coordination

• Supervise housekeeping, security, and office support staff

• Maintain stationery inventory and asset register

• Handle courier, dispatch, and document management

• Assist with travel bookings and meeting arrangements

• Ensure office discipline and policy compliance

Qualification

• Any Degree / B.Com / BBA

• 2 – 4 years of experience in a Time Office / HR Admin role

• Corporate office experience preferred

Skills Required
Knowledge of attendance & payroll
Basic understanding of labour laws
Strong MS Excel skills
Good communication and coordination
Documentation and record-keeping
High level of confidentiality
