• Manage attendance, leave records & payroll data entry

• Handle recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)

• Maintain employee files, ID cards & office records

• Coordinate office supplies, maintenance & vendor payments

• Support employee HR queries and report to HR Manager

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & Tamil)

• Punctual, confidential & team player

• Basic HR knowledge or admin experience preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred
