Qualification
MBA or Any Degree with relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate employee payroll records
- Process payroll on time in compliance with statutory regulations
- Operate and maintain CRM & ERP systems for staff tracking
- Generate payroll reports and salary slips
- Resolve payroll discrepancies
- Coordinate attendance and salary inputs with departments
- Maintain employee master data and payroll updates
- Prepare MIS reports and assist with compliance filings
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM, ERP & payroll handling
- Strong understanding of payroll processes & statutory deductions (ESI, PF, PT, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
