Qualification

MBA or Any Degree with relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee payroll records
  • Process payroll on time in compliance with statutory regulations
  • Operate and maintain CRM & ERP systems for staff tracking
  • Generate payroll reports and salary slips
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Coordinate attendance and salary inputs with departments
  • Maintain employee master data and payroll updates
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist with compliance filings
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in CRM, ERP & payroll handling
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes & statutory deductions (ESI, PF, PT, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
