Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations along with office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling both people management and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination)

Handle onboarding and exit formalities

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs

Support performance appraisal processes

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies

Administrative Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administration

Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.)

Maintain office supplies and inventory

Oversee office facilities and ensure a safe work environment

Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings

Maintain reports, MIS, and documentation

Support management with coordination tasks

Key Requirements

Experience: 5–7 years in HR & Administration

Strong knowledge of HR processes and office administration

Good organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to handle vendors and internal coordination effectively
