Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment life cycle.

Advertise job openings through multiple sourcing channels.

Source, screen, and interview candidates.

Coordinate recruitment activities with stakeholders.

Handle onboarding, induction, documentation, and training of new hires.

Monitor HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.

Organize employee engagement activities and events.

Maintain HR databases, attendance, and leave records.
