Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.

Conduct headhunting for niche, mid-level, senior-level, and leadership roles.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Meet hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
