✔ Lead end-to-end HR operations across all verticals

✔ Oversee training, onboarding & sales performance coaching

✔ Define KRAs, KPIs, appraisal & incentive structures

✔ Ensure statutory compliance & labor law adherence

✔ Employee engagement, retention & culture building

✔ Act as strategic HR partner to leadership
