Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication.
Support structured onboarding engagement.
Build proactive talent pipelines.
Develop early-career engagement strategies for future hiring requirements
Skills Required
2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
