Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee attendance, leave records & HR documentation

• Process monthly payroll with statutory compliance

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling)

• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement gathering

• Maintain HR databases & employee records

• Support onboarding & engagement activities
