Role Overview:

• Lead end-to-end HR Operations across multiple locations
• Drive HR policies, compliance, payroll & compensation
• Oversee PMS, employee engagement & HR analytics
• Lead HRIS, automation & HR transformation initiatives
• Mentor HR teams and manage large-scale operations

Requirements:

• MBA / PG in HR
• Strong leadership in senior HR operations roles
• Deep knowledge of labor laws & compliance
• Experience in FMCG / Aviation / large MNC preferred

Candidate Profile:

• Total Experience: 16–20 years
• Relevant Experience: Senior HR Operations Leadership
• Age Range: 35–45 years
• Female candidates preferred

Working Days: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMJoining: Immediate to 1 week (preferred)
