Job Overview

Bigbasket is hiring Field Recruiters for blue-collar hiring across multiple locations in Chennai. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with on-ground recruitment, field visits, and high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field recruitment drives for delivery bikers and associates

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews)

Handle documentation & joining formalities

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Monitor new hires for smooth onboarding process

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 12th pass (Degree preferred)

6 months – 4 years experience in recruitment (blue-collar preferred)

Must own a bike (mandatory for field work)

Good communication & interpersonal skills
