Role Summary

• Act as a TAM Generalist supporting end-to-end HR operations

• Align business needs with employee engagement & compliance

• Drive recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• End-to-end recruitment, screening, interviewing & onboarding

• Support campus hiring initiatives

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to labor laws & HR policies

• Maintain employee records, compensation & benefits data

Payroll & Benefits

• Administer payroll and compensation processes

• Manage statutory compliance and employee benefits

Employee Relations

• Handle grievances, complaints & conflict resolution

• Provide HR guidance to employees and managers

Performance & Engagement

• Conduct performance evaluations & feedback sessions

• Drive engagement, rewards, wellness & safety programs

Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes

• Support HR strategy aligned with organizational goals

Eligibility & Skills

• MBA – HR / Master’s in Human Resources

• 2–4 years experience in HR Generalist role

• Recruitment & Campus Hiring experience

• Payroll & Compensation Administration

• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

• HR Policies, Compliance & Labor Laws
