Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage complete employee lifecycle (recruitment to exit) for 300+ employees
• Handle contract labour, TNPCB compliance, and statutory compliance (CLRA, PF, ESI, Factories Act)
• Liaise with government authorities (EPF, ESI, Fire Dept, Panchayat, etc.)
• Address employee queries, grievances, and oversee engagement/welfare activities
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and coordinate salary disbursement
• Support performance appraisals, training, HR reporting, and HR budgeting
• Maintain HR records as per ISO standards and proficiency in Keka HRMS
Candidate Profile:
• 5–8 yrs HR experience in Manufacturing/Corporate environments
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, Factories Act, and factory compliance
• Excellent English & Tamil communication skills; Hindi is a plus
• Qualification: MA (LM/HRM), MSW (HR), MBA (HR) or equivalent
