Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – HR to handle end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership teams to drive hiring strategies and ensure smooth onboarding and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout)

Coordinate with GM, HODs, and Managers for manpower planning

Handle onboarding, documentation, and offer release

Conduct Background Verification (BGV)

Maintain HR MIS reports (recruitment, onboarding, employee data)

Schedule meetings with leadership teams

Ensure HR compliance and support HR operations

Key Requirements

Experience: 6+ years in HR (Recruitment focus)

Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent

Age: 30 – 35 years

Preferred Criteria

Immediate joiners or candidates with ≤15 days notice period

Strong experience in handling stakeholders and leadership coordination
