KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding

Handle employee relations & grievances

Manage attendance, leave & payroll coordination

Maintain HR documentation & HRMS

Support performance management & employee engagement

Prepare HR MIS and ensure statutory compliance

Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads
